RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

All DTF gang sheets sold by KINGDOM Custom Prints are custom-made products printed according to the artwork, size, and specifications submitted by the customer.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Because each gang sheet is custom printed for the customer, all custom orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect artwork, spelling errors, color choices, or mistakes in files submitted by the customer.

Please carefully review your artwork, sheet size, quantity, and shipping information before placing your order.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or was printed incorrectly due to an error on our part, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photos of the package and the DTF gang sheet. We will review the issue and, when the problem is determined to be our error, we may provide a replacement or refund.

CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED ARTWORK

Customers are responsible for making sure their artwork is ready for printing. Please check spelling, colors, dimensions, transparency, image quality, and placement before submitting your order.

REFUNDS

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
