SHIPPING POLICY

KINGDOM Custom Prints ships DTF gang sheets and custom printed products to customers within the United States.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and the artwork has been submitted successfully.

Custom orders may require additional processing time depending on order volume and the size of the order.

SHIPPING TIME

After your order has been processed, shipping is typically delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control may occur.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you with the shipping carrier.
